Configuring Office Extensions
(Mitel Integrated Configuration Wizard)

To configure the Office Extensions:

  1. Type an extension number and select a Device/User Type for each extension or use Autofill to generate them as follows:

  2. Select multiple extensions by dragging across a range of rows.

  3. Click Autofill.

  4. Select Starting Number to autofill OR clear the check box to enter numbers manually.

  5. Select Device/User Type to autofill OR clear the check box to enter device types manually.

  6. Click OK.

Note: If you select Analog-FXS as the Device/User Type, then enter an appropriate Physical Location Identifier (PLID) in the PLID field. One PLID can have only one Directory Number and vice-versa.

  1. (Optional) Click Edit Keys to program feature keys; see Programming Keys for details.

  1. Click Next to continue.

You can edit the text in the Name fields. Changes made are automatically reflected on other pages in the wizard.

To sort the list, click the column header.

Office Extensions are assigned Class of Service 11 or 13, depending on other services selected. See Defaults applied to MiVoice Business for detailed COS definitions.
